Events
The Center for Working Families’ annual policy conference is a gathering of elected officials, community advocates, constituency-based organizations and policy experts. The event seeks to shape a common vision and strategy for progressive action. This year’s conference will be held on Friday December 2nd, 2011. For more information on past conferences, please visit our conference webpage here.
The Center for Working Families is regularly invited to present on issues related to green jobs, democracy and progressive taxation at conferences and events around the country. Most recently, our staff presented on clean energy advocacy at the September 2011 Economic Analysis and Research Network (EARN) Conference. Our work was also featured in a Philanthropy New York’s recentĀ funder briefing on Green Jobs/Green NY.
